Adaptability – includes empathy, stress tolerance, decision-making, and communication skills.
"Flexible skills and 4K skills" (Soft Skills) are the so–called "flexible skills, soft skills or meta skills", which are a set of competencies that are important for a career, while not related to professional knowledge and independent of the specifics of the job. They reflect a person's personal qualities: his ability to communicate with people, organize his time effectively, media literacy, think creatively, make decisions and take responsibility.
Flexible skills include 4K skills:Communication –communication, presentation, negotiation skills;
Cooperation – the ability to work in a team, create collaborations;
Critical thinking is the ability to analyze, evaluate, reflect, and critically perceive information.;
Creative thinking is the ability to think creatively, to find a new approach to solving a problem.

Finding strengths and weaknesses, unlocking inner potential, developing leadership qualities and meta-skills, synthesizing one's skills and abilities, finding one's uniqueness, one's superpowers, and the ability to apply them in life.
