"Emotional intelligence" (EQ) is the ability to track your emotions and those of others, determine their meaning, connection with each other, and, most importantly, use this information to make decisions and interact with the world around you.

"Flexible skills" (Soft Skills and 4K) are so–called soft skills that do not relate to professional knowledge and do not depend on the specifics of the job.

These are personal qualities:

• the ability to communicate with people,
• organize
• your time effectively,
• think creatively,
• make decisions and take responsibility.

"Uniqueness of personality" is the ability to be one of a kind,
unique, rare, exceptional. Finding strengths and weaknesses, unlocking inner potential, synthesizing one's skills and abilities, finding one's uniqueness, one's superpowers, and the ability to apply them in life.

The course is based on the Russian patented Skillfolio methodology.

Эмоциональный интеллект строится на 4 драйверах:

• Осознанность – включает осознанность мыслей, чувств и поведения.

• Мотивация – включает открытость новому, целеполагание, переживание неудач, стремление к самоактуализации.
• Адаптивность – включает в себя эмпатию, стрессоустойчивость, принятие решений и коммуникабельность.

«Гибкие навыки и навыки 4К» (Soft Skills) – это так называемые «гибкие
навыки, мягкие навыки или мета навыки» представляют собой комплекс
компетенций, важных для карьеры, при этом не относящихся к профессиональным знаниям и не зависящие от специфики работы. Они отражают личные качества человека: его умение общаться с людьми, эффективно организовывать свое время, медиа грамотность, творчески мыслить, принимать решения и брать на себя ответственность.

Гибкие навыки включают в себя 4К навыки:

• Коммуникация –общение, презентация, навыки переговоров.
• Кооперация – умение работать в команде, создавать коллаборации.
• Критическое мышление - умение анализировать, оценивать, рефлексировать, критически воспринимать информацию.
• Креативное мышление - умение творчески мыслить, находить новый подход к решению задачи.

«Уникальность личности» - способность быть единственным в своем роде,
неповторимым редким, исключительным. Нахождение сильных и слабых сторон, раскрытие внутреннего потенциала, развитие лидерских качеств и мета навыков, синтез своих навыков и умений, нахождение своей уникальности, своей суперсилы и умение применять это в жизни.
