My name is Arkadi Mailyan. I'm the founder of AMP SMART SCHOOL, an online school. I view this not as a business, but as my brainchild. Founding this project inspired me to create a space where students can enjoy learning cutting-edge technologies and practice, not just memorize. I love children, and my mission is to influence the next generation.

- We are a team, not a company; it's important for us to support each other. We must trust each other.

You are now a member of the AMP SMART SCHOOL team, which means you now bear a great deal of responsibility to yourself and our company. I, Arkadi Mailyan, trust every employee, but dislike the following traits: dishonesty, arrogance, and irresponsibility. I treat every team member with integrity, and I expect the same of myself. Based on my considerable experience, I can say that some have abused my trust and faith in our company's integrity. I stand by my principles, which means I can easily say goodbye to an employee, and in extreme cases, without financial incentives.
Each team member has an area of responsibility. Before you begin, you must familiarize yourself with this policy; everything is clearly and understandably laid out. If you don't understand something, that's no excuse. As a last resort, you can clarify everything with your manager, and in the worst case, ask me. Be better than others, lead by example. This job isn't for you if you're just trying to make a buck. In that case, we'd better say goodbye right away. It's important to me that every student at our school is mentally strong. No student is stupid; everyone can find a way to approach them. As team members, you should help each other in difficult situations, feel free to reach out to colleagues, and in special cases, to me personally!
Do you have a brilliant idea? Do you understand how you can contribute to the company and improve its ratings? Don't be shy! I'm ready to support your idea, and if your proposal is brilliant and brings success to the company, I'll always be ready to reward you. Every productive effort will be rewarded. But this doesn't mean you'll immediately receive a reward for proposing something risky for the company. Your super ideas must be viable and fruitful.
Responsibility and punctuality are your middle name! I ask you to manage your time and be punctual. In this section, we will outline deadlines and explain what to do in the event of an emergency.
1. A lesson can only be cancelled if you notify students and their parents 24 hours before the lesson.
2. You must prepare for the lesson 60 minutes before it starts. Therefore, you must check the following: the materials are ready for the lesson, the internet connection is stable, and the computer is working properly.
3. An hour before the start of your lesson, you must message the parent chat or the student (provided the child is responsible and keeps track of their own time) that the lesson is about to start.
4. All correspondence with parents and children is conducted via WhatsApp. Upon request from Arkadi or the school principal, you must immediately send screenshots of your correspondence with parents and children. Correspondence with children is ONLY conducted with parental permission! Always confirm with parents before starting work that you have permission to correspond with children.
5. Important! All communication with parents and children is conducted via text messages; phone calls are permitted only in extreme cases.
6. If you need a replacement, you look for one among your colleagues in advance.

We understand that vacation is important to you. Your vacation should be planned at least one month in advance. It's important to find a replacement and ensure that your group will study the required material according to your training plan during your vacation. Company stability is one of our core values.
We position ourselves as a responsible company and, therefore, a respected team. Regardless of your position, you must be punctual and fulfill your obligations to our clients. Our company's reputation must always be at the highest level. We are not prepared to lower our standards. In the event of an unexcused absence from classes, a free-form explanatory note will be written to Arkady. A second explanatory note means dismissal without pay. We take such situations extremely seriously.
