"Emotional intelligence" (EQ) is the ability to track your emotions and
those of others, determine their meaning, connection with each other, and, most
importantly, use this information to make decisions and interact
with the world around you.
"Flexible skills" (Soft Skills and 4K) are so–called soft skills that
do not relate to professional knowledge and do not depend on the specifics of the job.
These are personal qualities: the ability to communicate with people, organize
your time effectively, think creatively, make decisions and take
responsibility.
Flexible skills include 4K:- Communication –communication, presentation, negotiation skills;
- Cooperation – the ability to work in a team, create collaborations;
- Critical thinking is the ability to analyze, evaluate, reflect,
- and critically perceive information.;
- Creative thinking is the ability to think creatively, to find a new approach to
- solving a problem.
"Uniqueness of personality" is the ability to be one of a kind,
unique, rare, exceptional. Finding strengths and weaknesses,
unlocking inner potential, synthesizing one's skills and abilities, finding
his uniqueness, his superpowers and the ability to apply it in life.
It includes understanding the role model of human behavior.:

The course is based on the Russian patented Skillfolio methodology.
Who the course is suitable for:- everyone from 13 to 17 years old;
- for teenagers, to understand their interests, strengths, and career choices;
